【摘要】 企业产权由劳动产权和要素产权两个部分构成。劳动产权基于组织的共同知识所创造的剩余,它的分配具有共享、平均的特点;要素产权基于个体的物质和人力投入所创造的剩余,它要求明确划分其归属,具有竞争性分配的特点。企业产权结构是二者分配的综合结果,它主要取决于共同知识创造的剩余的份额、要素的投入系数和产出系数。企业所依存的偏好、禀赋和技术条件正是通过对前三个参数的影响主导着企业产权制度演变的历史过程。更多还原
