【摘要】 目的　应用彩色多普勒超声技术研究老年人颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的临床诊断价值。方法　采用HP85 0 0型彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检测86例老年人颈动脉粥样硬化病变结构和血流受阻程度。结果　86例中有71例检出粥样硬化斑块,发生率82 .5 6% ,并伴有不同程度颈动脉狭窄,其中3例患者存在严重颈动脉狭窄,狭窄程度大于5 0 % ,斑块好发部位在颈动脉分叉处(BIF) ,以扁平斑多见。结论　随年龄增大,粥样硬化程度加重,彩色多普勒超声检测颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形成和判断狭窄程度有重要临床价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluation the application value of color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of carotid atherosclerosis patch in the elderly. Methods The pathologic structures of carotid atherosclerosis and the severity of blood flow-blocking were evaluated in 86 elderly patients with HP8500 color Doppler ultrasonic diagnosis system. Results In this 86 patients, the atherosclerosis patches were found out in 71 patients (82.5% ), all accompanied by some degree of carotid narrowing; among this patients there were 3 patients having severe carotid narrowing ( more than 50% of carotid were blocked), most of patches were found on the bifurcations ( BIF) of carotid, frequently showing a flat-sharp. Conclusion The severity of atherosclerosis increased with aging. Color Doppler ultrasonography is an important valuble tool for detecting the atherocclerosis patches and grading the severity of carotid narrowing.更多还原
