茎突CT扫描技术的初步探讨

【摘要】 目的 探讨茎突CT扫描技术为临床、诊断和治疗“茎突过长或方位异常”提供了可靠的依据。方法 5 0例临床疑有茎突过长的病人均采用岛津780 0TXCT扫描机和SGIO2 工作站,对图像进行后处理。结果 5 0例患者采用了颈顶颏位,扫描标准的头颅侧位像,扫描范围从外耳孔前缘向后扫描大约8层,扫描线向面侧倾斜与上颌支平行,扫描参数选用12 0kV ,2 5 0mA ,时间1s ,螺距为1,层厚2mm ,间距为1.5mm ,窗宽为15 0 0Hu ,窗心为3 0 0Hu ,视野为18cm ,扫描后的图像经过SGIO2 工作站中的Medisurf 3D软件进行容积显示法,可清晰地显示出茎突的长度、粗细、行径和方位情况。结论 CT扫描是检查茎突过长或方位异常较为理想的方法

【Abstract】 Objective To study the technique for CT scanning of styloid process, and provide reliable basis for clinical and treatment with elongated styloid process or with direction abnormality. Methods With SHIMADZU 7800-TX CT scaner. The images were post-processed with SGI O 2 workstation. Results 50 cases were scaned with standard head lateral view by apicaljaw position. About 8 slices were scanned from anterior edge of eternal acoustic foramen whose baseline paralleled with the branch of upperjaw. The scanning parameters were as follow:120 kV、250 mA、1 s, pitch=1, slice thickness=2 mm, slice space=1.5 mm, window width=1500 Hu, window level=300 Hu, fov=18 cm. The images were post-processed by volume rendering with Medisurf 3D software in SGI, which clearly showed the leagth, thickness, path and direction of styloid process. Condusion CT is a ideal method to examine elongated styloid process or with direction abnormality.
