16排螺旋CT三维肾盂造影在肾占位病变诊断中的应用

【摘要】 目的 探讨16排螺旋CT三维肾盂造影在肾脏占位病变诊断中的应用价值。方法 对2 2例经手术病理或临床证实的肾实质占位病变,包括肾癌14例,肾转移瘤1例,肾囊肿5例,肾脏血管平滑肌脂肪瘤2例,注射造影剂80~10 0ml后行肾脏及上段输尿管常规双期扫描,延迟4~15分钟后行肾盂期扫描,数据传送至工作站行VR、MPR、MIP及VE重组。结果 所有病例肾盂肾盏及上段输尿管显影良好,在直接显示病灶同时可清晰观察肾盂及肾盏受压、破坏等变化。2 2例病变中压迫肾盂肾盏,造成局部变形、近端积水2 0例;同时伴有侵犯肾盂肾盏引起局部破坏9例。结论 多排螺旋CT三维肾盂造影在肾占位病变诊断中有很高价值
【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the application of multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional pyelography in the diagnosis of renal masses. Methods Routine two-phases enhancement after intravenous injection of 80-100 ml contrast and delayed spiral CT scanning after 4-15 minutes was performed to 22 patients with renal masses, including 14 carcinoma, 1 renal metastasis, 5 cysts, 2 angioleiomyolipoma, which were proved by operative pathology or clinics. Images were delivered to the workstation, where VR, MPR, MIP, and VE were obtained. Results Renal lesions as well as the changes of renal pelvis and upper ureter were displayed well. Renal Pelvis distortion were identified in 22 cases, hydronephrosis in 20 cases, local destruction of renal pelvis in 9 cases. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional pyelography is helpful in the diagnosis of renal masses.
