【摘要】 目的　探讨CT对纵隔肿瘤的诊断价值。方法　回顾性分析2 8术、活检病理证实的纵隔肿瘤的CT表现。结果　2 8例纵隔肿瘤中,胸腺瘤11例,恶性淋巴瘤8例,生殖细胞瘤6例,胸内甲状腺2例及神经源性肿瘤1例。CT定位正确96.4% ,定性正确占92 .3 % ,胸片定位正确2 5例,占89.3 % ,定性正确2 3例,占82 %。CT对于反映纵隔肿瘤的表现明显优于胸片。结论　CT对于纵隔肿瘤的诊断有较高价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the importance of CT diagnosis for mediastinal tumors. Methods The CT and X-ray appearances of 28 cases of the mediastinal tumors confirmed by opertion and biopsy were retrospectively studied. There were 11 cases thymoma, 8 lymphoma, 6 germinoma, 2 retrosternal thyroid, 1 neurogenic tumor. Results 27 cases were correctly localized by CT and in 26 cases, diagnosis was correct. The accuracy rate of CT localization and CT diagnosis were 96.4% and 92.3% respectively. 25 cases were correctly localized by X-ray, and in 23 cases, diagnosis was correct. The accuracy rate of X-ray localization and X-ray diagnosis were 89.3% and 82% respectively. The diagnostic value of CT in the mediastinal tumors were much better than that of X-ray. Conclusion CT had high value in the diagnosis of mediastinal tumor.更多还原
