【摘要】 新型全自动裱纸机是在参考国内外全自动裱纸机,通过解决自动给纸、前规定位、辊缝调节稳定等问题成功开发的。该裱纸机采用特殊的底纸吸风结构,解决了底纸断张的问题:采用独特的前规定位,裱纸精度高且稳定;通过机构的改进,解决了因国内加工精度的缺陷而引起的辊缝调节机构不稳定的问题;加入人机界面,形成人机对话,操作方便,降低了对工人的要求。从而使我国包装行业在裱纸工艺上保持与发达国家同步的水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The new style auto-laminating machine is researched to consult the domestic and international auto-laminating machine, passing to resolve problem of feeding paper, front-guides, adjusting rollers clearance etc.. The auto-laminating machine adopts the special absorbing bottom paper structure, resolving the problem of break the piece. Adopt the special front-guides system, the accuracy of auto-laminating machine is high and stable .Passing to the improvement of the machine, resolving the unsteady problem of rollers clearance .Brief man-machine interface become the person the machine dialogue and offer the convenience and lower worker’s request of technology.
