热处理对TC21合金显微组织和室温拉伸性能的影响

【摘要】 研究在不同热处理制度下,高强高韧TC21钛合金Φ20 mm轧制棒材的组织和室温拉伸性能的变化规律。结果表明,在Tβ(-20-50℃)/1 h AC+600℃/4 h AC处理制度下,TC21合金Φ20 mm棒材的室温拉伸强度和塑性分别为:抗拉强度≥1105 MPa,屈服强度(1000MPa,延伸率≥15%,断面收缩率≥43%。当合金的显微组织为双态组织时,其室温拉伸性能得到良好的匹配。
【Abstract】 TC21 alloy is a new kind of high strengthand high toughness titanium alloy. The effect of vari- ous heat treatments on microstructures and tension properties at RT of TC21 alloy were investigated. The result shows that the optimum STA heat treatment of TC21 alloy is ( Tβ- 20 - 50℃ )/1 h AC + 600 ℃/4 h AC. Under this STA heat treatment, a better combina-tion of strength and ductility was obtained. Simultaneously, the microstructure of TC21 alloy is equiaxed a grains and basket weave, which benefits the properties of TC21 alloy.
