兼并规律在研究二三元金属熔体热力学性质上的应用

【摘要】 对少数不能完全借助相图确定其结构单元的二元金属熔体的热力学性质进行研究后,发现其结构单元可用两类溶液间的兼并规律来确定对三元金属熔体而亩,其大部分由均相和两相溶液构成,均相溶液的活度对拉乌尔定律表现负偏差,两相溶液的活度大部分显正偏差,少部分显负偏差,最后的三元金属熔体为什么结构也是一个需要靠兼并规律回答的问题。根据兼并规律制定了二元和三元金属熔体作用浓度计算模型。计算结果符合实际,证明兼并规律是确定一些二元和大部分三元金属熔体结构单元的可靠基础。

【Abstract】 For a small number of binary metallic melts, the structural units of which cannot be wholly determined by the corresponding phase diagrams, it was found that this problem can be resolved by the annexation principle of two kinds of solution in binary metallic melts. In the case of ternary metallic melts, the majority of them are composed of both homogeneous and two phase solutions, activities of the former exhibit negative deviation from Raoult’s law, while those of the latter in the majority cases exhibit positive, and in the minority cases negative deviation relative to Raoult’s law, what structure of ternary melts will be is also a problem to be answered by the annexation principle. According to the annexation principle , calculating models of mass action concentrations for three binary and two ternary metallic melts have been formulated, calculated results agree well with practice, showing that the annexation principle is a reliable basis for determination of the structural units for some binary and the majority of ternary metallic melts.
