差压铸造控制系统研究
Study of the Counter-Pressure Casting Control System

【摘要】 采用高响应数字化气动元件-组合式数字阀,研制开发差压铸造控制系统,研究系统控制算法及控制精度影响因素,结果表明:采用数字增量算法控制数字阀的开度及开启时间提高了系统的响应速度和控制精度,在生产中有效提高了铝合金性能。
【Abstract】 Based on the digital pneumatic component named the combined digital valve, the counter-pressure casting control system was developed, its control algorithm and the factors which have the effects on the control precision have also been studied. The results have been shown that the response velocity and control precision of the system were increased by controlling the area and time of the open valve using numerical increment control algorithm, and the property of the aluminum alloy casting produced by the control system was also improved effectively.
