西藏红景天组织培养研究
Studies on tissue culture of Tibetan Rhodiola rosea

【摘要】 以西藏红景天嫩叶和幼茎为材料,研究西藏红景天不同外植体的离体培养技术。结果表明:西藏红景天嫩叶是诱导愈伤组织和芽的理想外植体;诱导松散型愈伤组织有两种培养基,分别是黑暗培养下MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L和MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L;生芽培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+IAA 0.25 mg/L;生根培养基为MS+IAA 0.5~1.0 mg/L。
【Abstract】 The infancy stem segments and leaves of Tibetan Rhodiola rosea were taken as explants and cultured in vitro to induce the plant regeneration. The results showed that the immature leaves were good explants of callus inducing and shoot multiplication; the incompact callus inducing medium was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L, MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.3 mg/L in dark; the shoot multiplication medium was MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.25 mg/L; the medium for rooting was MS+IAA 0.5~1.0 mg/L.
