【摘要】 从加拿大引进荷斯坦、红安格斯、皮埃蒙特、利本辛、夏洛来、西门塔尔和德国黄牛的冷冻胚胎165枚,解冻后移植到2～6岁的本地母牛。结果表明,同期发情处理的78头本地母牛,同期发情率88.46%(69/78),符合移植条件并进行移植者54头(78.26%)。其中卵巢上有A级黄体者41头,60天妊娠率48.78%(20/41);卵巢上有B级黄体者13头,妊娠率30.77%(4/13)。213头自然发情受体中符合移植条件并进行移植者109头(51.17%),妊娠率54.13%(59/109),高于同期发情受体的妊娠率44.44%(24/54)。同期发情和自然发情的胚胎移植受体163头,妊娠率53.85%(83/163)。更多还原

【Abstract】 We had imported 165 freezing embryos which were Holstein, Red Angus, Piedmont, Limousin, Charolais, Simmental and Gelbvieh from Canada in 1999 and 2002. The thawed embryos were transferred into the local yellow cattle of 2 to 6 years. The synchronization of estrus of recipients were induced with cloprostenol, and the rate of synchronized estrus was 88.46% (69/78), 54 recipients of them accord with the condition of embryo transfer(78.26%, 54/69), the thawed embryos were transferred in these recipients and the pregnant rate was 44.44% (24/54). There were 41 synchronized estrus recipients had a perfect corpus luteum(first grade) and 13 recipients have a good corpus luteum (second grade) in the ovary. The pregnant rate was 48.78% (20/41) of the recipients with the perfect corpus luteum and 30.77% (4/13) with the good corpus luteum. In 213 nature estrus recipients, there were 109 accord with the condition of embryo transfer(51.17%) and the pregnant rate was 54.13% (59/109). The total pregnant rate of all transferred recipients was 50.92% (83/163).更多还原
