我国动物胚胎工程技术的产业化战略分析

【摘要】 文章在胚胎移植和胚胎的体外生产技术体系、动物克隆技术、转基因动物技术等方面概述了国际发展现状与趋势,论述了我国的发展历程和产业化现状,并对我国的产业化推进战略提出了作者的思考。我国牛、羊胚胎移植技术已经实现产业化,应大力推进奶牛胚胎体外生产体系的完善,以期用于生产群奶牛的快速改良。我国体细胞克隆动物和转基因动物生产技术已达到国际先进水平,有关动物克隆的基础理论研究应该加强,克隆动物技术平台的建立完善工作可结合利用克隆技术生产转基因动物工作一起进行;在现有水平下,转基因动物技术开发应优先制造可生产高附加值和有战略价值生物产品的克隆动物。

【Abstract】 Industrial progress of domestic animal embryo transfer, embryo in vitro production system, somatic cell nuclear transplantation, and transgenic animal in China was reviewed in this paper, some thoughts on their development strategy was also elucidated. Embryo transfer has been industrialized; it was largely used in producing cattle, goats, and sheep. Embryo in vitro production system, i.e. integration of ovum pick-up (OPU)/ in vitro fertilization, embryo sex identification/controlling, and embryo cloning as a whole system to producing known genetic background and sex embryo, was considered as a efficient method for large scale producing embryos, especially in diary cattle. Emphasizing the studies of this field will be very important for fast improving genetic merit of China’s production cow base. Somatic cell cloning was fast developed in China in recent years, large number of cloned goats, bovine and rats were obtained, the general efficiency was as same as the world. Transgenic cows that can produce medical proteins were also cloned. The research on mechanism of clone should be stressed in the future, and clone technology platform need further optimizing. Those studies can be carried up together with producing high value transgenic animals.
