【Abstract】 The animal interspecies somatic cell nuclear transfer has provided a new method for maintaining the limited populations of endangered species and getting embryo stem cells. Most of the research about interspecies cloning focuses on increasing the blastocyst development, analyzing hereditary material of the cloned animal blastocyst, investing the mechanism of interspecies cloning and difficult implantation. Recent advances on interspecies cloning and our work are reviewed here.更多还原
