【Abstract】 Presently, one of the hot spots in the fields of biotechnique is nuclear transplantation, which is of great importance in the field of bioscience. This review briefly introduces the progress of nuclear transplantation in fish. It describes the main methods and procedures used in nuclear transplantation, including preparation of cytoplast receptor and nuclear, nuclear transplantation and culture of the cytoplast-nuclear hybred. Some problems existing in this area were discussed. The application of the methods at present and in the future was also summarized.更多还原
