五指山猪核心群32个微卫星基因座的遗传学分析

【摘要】 利用多重PCR和基因扫描技术对五指山猪核心群的32个微卫星基因座进行遗传检测。统计它的等位基因组成,计算其平均基因纯合度、平均杂合度和多态信息含量(PIC);结果表明,32基因座的平均等位基因数为9.410个,平均基因纯合度为44.3%,平均PIC为0.708,平均杂合度为0.558。这些结果对海南五指山猪的保种、定向选育、开发利用都具有重要的指导意义。
【Abstract】 The polymorphisms of 32 microsatellites in the nucleus Herds of Wuzhishan pig in Hainan were Analysed. Number of alleles in each family was counted,mean rate of homozygote,mean heterozygosity and polymorphisms Information content(PIC) were calculated. The results showed that number of alleles was 9.410, mean rate of homozygote for 32 microsatellite locus was 44.3% in the nucleus herds of Wuzhishan pig,mean heterozygosity was 0.558 while polymorphism information content was 0.708.This revealed that genetic diversity was abundant in Wuzhishan pig in Hainan. These results had instructional significance for preserving breeds, selection and breeding, development and utilization of Wuzhishan pig in Hainan.
