【摘要】 采用3种限制性内切核酸酶对杜洛克、内江猪和荣昌猪共153头的钙蛋白酶抑制蛋白（CAST）基因进行PCR-RFLP分析。结果表明:（1）HinfⅠ、MspⅠ和RsaⅠ均检测到多态性,同时还发现一个杜洛克个体的HinfⅠ-RFLP出现120bp突变片段。（2）X₂检验表明,HinfⅠ、MspⅠ和RsaⅠ酶切所产生的基因及基因类型处于Hardy—Wenberg平衡状态（P<0.05）;杜洛克、内江猪和荣昌三个品种猪的优势基因型分别为ABCCEE、AACCEE、AACCFF,在99%程度上分别与相应的品种有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 The polymorphisms of CAST gene were analyzed by PCR-RFLP wtih HinfI, MspI and Rsal in 153 pigs from three breeds Drouc, Neijiang pig and Rongchang pig respectively. The result showed that: (1) Polymorphisms of CAST gene were detected by HinfI, Mspl and Rsal in the three breeds Drouc, Neijiang pig and Rongchang pig respectively. An individual with a specific fragment about 120 bp was detected in Druco. (2) The test of x2 suggested that all of alleles were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P<0.05). Each dominant genotype of ABCCEE, AACCEE, AACCFF in quantity was respectively associated at 99% degree of accuracy with 3 breeds Drouc, Neijiang pig and Rongchang pig.更多还原
