小苍兰球茎的离体培养

【摘要】 本文是对小苍兰球茎离体培养初步研究。结果表明,小苍兰球茎在MS+BA3.0+NAA0.2培养基中能较好地诱导出愈伤组织,茎顶部切块的外植体诱导率高。愈伤组织在同种培养基上可再分化出丛生芽,将丛生芽转接到MS+IBA0.5+0.1%活性炭或含0.5mg/LIBA的1/2MS培养基上生根,就能形成小植株。
【Abstract】 The paper expounded the process about the tissue culture of common freesiacorm (Freesia refracta). The result indicated that Calli were induced on MS+BA3.0+NAA2.0 andthe best part was the top of corm. Rosette buds were also induced on the same culture medium. Anumber of plantlets formed when they were cultured on rooting medium MS supplemented with0.5mg/LIBA and 0.1% active carbon or 1/2MS+IBA0.5.
