蝴蝶兰原球茎增殖条件的优化

【摘要】 对三种蝴蝶兰(119~#Phalanenopsis hybrid、102~#Phalanenopsisamabilis、107~#Phalanenopsis lucky lady)原球茎增殖条件进行了优化,结果表明:KC培养基对三种蝴蝶兰效果都很好,但1/2MS和MS培养基仅对119~#适合,且其增殖率不及KC培养基;三种蝴蝶兰对BA的浓度都有要求,对NAA的要求不太严格。在KC培养基上添加椰乳、香蕉、马铃薯和蛋白胨等附加物,发现对119~#原球茎的增殖率均有不同程度的增加;活性炭能有效地防止原球茎的褐变。
【Abstract】 The condition on propagation of PLB of three species Phalaenopsis (119~#Phalanenopsis hybrid, 102~#Phalanenopsis amabilis and 107~# Phalanenopsis lucky lady) wasoptimized. The results indicated that KC medium was the best for the propagation of PLB.1/2MS and MS mediums were only fit for 119~# and the multiplication was worse than KC media;BA was needed for the three Phalanenopsis and NAA wasn’t. There were some additives such asCM, banana, potato and peptone in KC medium .The result showed the multiplication was growup for119~# Phalaenipsis; Active cardon was effective for preventing PLB of Phalaenipsis frombrowning.
