观赏向日葵丛生芽诱导与植株的再生

【摘要】 取现赏向日葵幼苗为外植体,培养于附加不同激素的MS培养基。试验表明,在附加0.5mg/L BA+0.1mg/L NAA+0.5mg/L KT+0.2mg/L GA3时,丛生芽诱导效果最佳,产生的芽也最多。在1/2MS培养基里,生根效果最好。

【Abstract】 The plantlets of Ornamental sunflower were cultured on MS mediumsupplemented with different kinds of hormones. The result was that the effect of ramificationinduction was best, when the plantlets culture on MS medium were supplemented withBA0.5mg/L +NAA0.1mg/L +KT0.5mg/L +GA30.2mg/L. The effect of root cultured on 1/2MSmedium is better than on MS medium.
