微型种藕大田种植生长观察

Observations on the Growth of Lotus(Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.) Plants Propagated by Micro-rhizomes

【摘要】 根据大小将微型种藕分成A、B两级,以常规种藕作对照,分别用这三种种藕作种,进行大田种植试验,对其地上部分生长情况和地下部分性状进行了观察比较。结果表明:A、B两种微型种藕均可在大田正常生长。微型种藕和常规种藕的浮叶数量、立叶直径大小、株高等性状的变化趋势基本相同;A、B两种微型种藕与常规种藕的浮叶直径大小的变化有所不同;三种藕种的立叶数量在生长发育中期以前的生长变化趋势基本相同,中后期的立叶数量变化趋势有所差异。用A、B两种微型种藕作种均能形成合格的商品藕。

【Abstract】 Observations on the growth of lotus (Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn.) plantspropapated respectively by A size micro-rhizomes (AR, each weighs ca. 100 g), B sizemicro-rhizomes (BR, each weighs ca. 25 g) and normal seed rhizomes (NR, each weighs ca.3800 g) in field were carried out. The results are as follows: (1) All the plants of AR, BR andNR have similar growth curves of net number of floating leaves per square meter, diameter ofemersed leaf and plant height respectively (2) The plants of AR and BR differed from the plants of NR in diameter of floating leaf. (3) The AR and BR plants are similar to the NR plantsin growth curve of emersed leaf number per square meter in early growth phase, but differ a littlefrom that in the growth curve in mid-late growth phase. (4) Both AR and BR plants reached fullgrowth with commercial size rhizomes.
