脚板薯脱毒试管苗的快繁及零余子的诱导

【摘要】 本试验以脚板薯脱毒试管苗为材料,以MS为基本培养基,并附加不同浓度的6-BA、NAA、PP333、烯效唑、B9等进行试管苗的快繁和零余子诱导的研究。试验结果表明:(1)MS+0.4mg/L 6-BA(单位下同)+0.6NAA的培养基更有利于试管苗高度的生长,其株高增长率为245%;MS+0.8 6-BA+0.8NAA的培养基有利于茎节的产生,其节数增殖率为307%。(2)在PP333、烯效唑和B9三种延缓剂中,诱导效果最好的是烯效唑,其最佳浓度为1.5,平均每株的零余子诱导数为9.7个。

【Abstract】 In the paper Dioscorea opposite were used to research the effect of 6-BA andNAA on the growth of Yam. The results were showed as followings. (1) Different hormoneshave different effect. The height growth was enhanced in the MS +0.4 6-BA+0.4 NAA. Thegrowth ratios was 245%. MS +0.8 6-BA+0.8 NAA was the optimum to the growth of bulb-let,whose ratios was 307%. The best medium to the growth of micro-tuber is 0.4 6-BA+0.6NAA. (2) The retardant of PP333, S-3307 and B9 have great effect on induction of micro-tuber,among which S-3307 and B9 were great prominence. And PP333 were best, the bestconcentration was 1.5 mg/L, the average number of micro-tuber were 9.7.
