舰船用夹层板的力学特征与应用

【摘要】 新材料和新技术的发展迅猛地向舰船建造领域里渗透,与单一各向同性材料结构相比,夹层板结构以其独有的特征在舰船结构中得到广泛应用。首先,本文论述了夹层板的常见构造形式、生产方法和发展情况;其次,复合材料夹层板是由力学性质差别较大的复合材料面板和芯体胶合而成,文章根据夹层板的结构特点分析了夹层板的强度、减振、降噪和抗爆等力学特征,指出了夹层结构失效和损伤的主要形式,讨论了用于分析夹层结构的Reissner理论、DpycaxOB理论和Hoff理论分析模型;最后,论述了夹层板在国内外舰船结构中的应用以及应用时存在的问题。
【Abstract】 New material and new technique have been widely used in shipbuilding with a rapid speed. Because of its specific characteristics in contrast to the structure of isotropic material, the sandwich plate has been widely used in many field nowadays. Firstly, the basic configuration of sandwich plate, the manufacture methods and the development are presented to you in this paper. Secondly, the article analyzes the complex mechanical characteristics. It’s well known that the composite sandwich plate is composed of the face plate and the core plate, whose mechanical characteristics are different in a great extent, and this leads the whole structure characteristics to a more complex situation than the isotropic structure. According to the distinguishing feature of sandwich plate, the article analyzes the strength, shock absorption, depression of noise and antiknock, and then demonstrates the main forms of failure and damage in sandwich plate. Following that, three main theories for analyzing the plate are introduced, which are Reissner theory, DpycakOB theory and Hoff theory. In the end, the application of sandwich plate in shipbuilding field isexplained and the problems in the application are pointed out.
