界面对纤维混凝土弹性模量的影响

【摘要】 讨论了纤维与混凝土之间的界面对纤维混凝土弹性模量的影响。忽略各界面之间的重叠效应,导出了界面体积百分数的解析表达式,并详细地讨论了界面厚度、纤维长度和纤维直径对界面体积百分数的影响。通过考虑纤维、混凝土和界面之间的相互作用,提出了纤维混凝土弹性模量预测的细观力学模型。根据所获得的数值结果,定量地研究了纤维尺寸、界面弹性模量和界面厚度对纤维混凝土弹性模量的影响,发现纤维混凝土弹性模量随着纤维长度、纤维直径和界面弹性模量的增大而增大,但随着界面厚度的增大而减小。

【Abstract】 The influence of the interfacial transition zone (ITZ) between fibres and concrete on the elastic modulus of fibre-reinforced concrete is discussed in this paper. Neglecting the overlapping effect between the ITZs.an analytical expression of ITZ volume fraction was derived. The effects of the ITZ thickness,fibre length and fibre diameter on the ITZ volume fraction were disfussed in detailed. By taking into account the interactions between the fibre,concrete and ITZ,a meso-mechanical model for predicting the elastic modulus of fibre-reinforced concrete was presented. Based on the numerical results obtained, the influence of the fibre dimensions,ITZ elastic modulus and ITZ thickness was studied in a quantitative manner. It has been found that the elastic modulus of fibre-reinforced concrete increases with the increase of fibre length,fibre diameter and ITZ elastic modulus,but decreases with the increase of ITZ thickness.
