CFRP板与混凝土粘结性能的试验研究
Experimental Studies of Bond Behaviors between CFRP Plates and Concrete

【摘要】 CFRP板加固混凝土梁是一种新兴的加固方法,它能有效提高梁的承载能力,但CFRP板往往会发生早期剥离破坏,CFRP板的高强度不能充分发挥。本文通过CFRP板双面剪切试验,对CFRP板与混凝土的粘结强度和CFRP板可行的锚固方式进行了探讨。研究结果表明:CFRP板与混凝土之间的粘结强度在3MPa左右,国内规范中的取值0.5MPa偏小,建议适当放大取值。
【Abstract】 The use of CFRP plates is a new method to strengthen RC beams, which can effectively improve the resisting capacity of RC beams. But premature failure always occurs by debonding between CFRP plates and concrete, so that the high strength of CFRP plates can not be fully used. Based on double-face shear tests of CFRP plates, this paper discusses the bond strength between CFRP plates and concrete and the feasible anchorage for CFRP plates. Test result indicates that bond strength between CFRP plates and concrete is about 3MPa, which is bigger than 0. 5MPa (the value in the domestic code) , so a bigger value is suggested.
