【Abstract】 Urban rail transit (URT) construction involves huge investment. The application of BOT mode therefore has far - reaching significance. Basic concept of BOT mode and its construction procedures are presented. The advantages, if the BOT mode is adopted in URT construction, are analysed. The practical application of BOT mode both in China and abroad, and the practical problems encountered in its application in China are studied. Some suggestions on applying BOT mode in URT construction in our country are put forward.更多还原
