【摘要】 本文采用四种环氧基浸渍树脂材料和三种碳纤维布制作成碳纤维增强复合材料片材,通过测试其拉伸强度、弹性模量、伸长率来研究浸渍树脂与碳纤维布之间的适配性。初步研究结果表明,树脂与纤维之间的适配性对复合材料片材的性能有很大影响。本文采用能够表征树脂对纤维浸润能力好坏的宏观指标力学性能来评价其适配性,为工程设计、施工提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The properties matching between the saturating resin and carbon fiber sheets was studied by testing the tensile strength, elastic modulus and elongation of the specimens, which were fabricated by four types of epoxy saturating resins and three types of carbon fiber sheets. It was primarily concluded that the properties matching was very important in practice and both of them can not be used randomly. The macro mechanical property index was used to evaluate the properties matching of saturating and resin, which provides basis for the engineering design and construction.更多还原
