【摘要】 目的探讨腮腺造影对腮腺疾病的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析112例139个腺体的腮腺造影影像学特征及诊断结果。结果舍格伦综合征38例、儿童复发性腮腺炎27例、慢性阻塞性腮腺炎29例,其各自的影像学表现其特征性表现而得到确诊,良性肥大8例中的2例结合B超检查确诊,腮腺肿瘤10例中有2例结合B超检查定性。结论腮腺造影对腮腺非肿瘤性疾病有重要的诊断价值,对于腮腺肿瘤具有一定的诊断价值,但单纯依赖腮腺造影辨别肿瘤性质有困难,应结合临床病史并配合高频超声等其他手段提高诊断准确率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The diagnostic value of parotid sialography was studied in evaluating parotid diseases.Methods The radiological features and diagnostic results of 112 cases of parotid diseases total 139 cases of parotid sialography were reviewed retrospectively. Results 38 cases of sj?gren’s syndrome and 27cases of recurrent parotitis in childhood and 29 cases of chronic obstructive parotitis were correct diagnosis because of their radiological features. 8 cases of benign enlarge were correct diagnosis . but 2cases of them were combined with B-ultrasonic. 10 cases of parotid tumors were identified malignant and benign, but 2cases of them were combined with B-ultrasonic.Conclusion Parotid sialography has vary important diagnostic value in parotid non-tumor disease,has a part of diagnostic value in parotid tumor. There were some difficulty in identifying malignant and benign tumors, In order to increase the correct rate of diagnosis. we should combine with clinical data and B-ultrasonic etc.更多还原
