我国棉花抗病育种研究

【摘要】 阐述了我国棉花抗枯、黄萎病育种及种质资源抗性鉴定的研究进展,系统介绍了目前广泛应用的3种抗病性鉴定方法及其操作规程,对我国棉花枯、黄萎病病原菌生理型的分化以及利用DNA分子标记构建指纹图谱分析黄萎病菌系间亲缘关系进行了综述,较全面地回顾了棉花抗病性的遗传研究及分子标记辅助育种。提出棉花抗黄萎病育种进展缓慢的原因及发展对策,并对深入开展棉花抗病育种进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 The proceedings on breeding for resistance to Fusarium Oxyzporum and Verticillium dahliae, resistance identification of germplasm resource in cotton are reviewed in this paper. Three kinds of method for antidisease identification and operational regulation are also introduced systematically. Differentiation of pathogenic bacterium physiological type from Fusarium Oxyzporum and Verticillium dahliae, and analysis for intimate relationships between different Verticillium dahliae strains by DNA fingerprinting, are summarized. At the same time, the inheritance types of resistance to Fusarium Oxyzporum and Verticillium dahliae, and molecular marker assisted selection for resistance to Verticillium dahliae in cotton are expounded. The reasons of tardy progress on breeding for resistance to Verticillium dahliae, and developmental countermeasures are set forth. According to the situation of seedling and boll disease occurring increasingly, further development on breeding for resistance to disease in cotton are discussed.
