【摘要】 目的:观察明胶与壳聚糖对皮肤和黏膜创伤的影响。方法:大耳白兔10只,在实验动物背部皮肤和口腔黏膜人为制造创面,然后用明胶和壳聚糖材料覆盖创面,观察创面愈合过程,取愈合组织做成切片,观察组织结构变化。结果:覆盖超细纤维的伤口愈合时间平均为12d,覆盖壳聚糖纤维的伤口平均愈合时间为14d。皮肤伤口愈合后,外观上皮肤组织愈合良好,兔毛长出,与正常部位皮肤比较无明显差异。组织切片显示的皮肤显微结构与正常组织比较也无明显差异。实验侧与对照侧黏膜伤口愈合良好,1周左右伤口表面完全愈合。两侧伤口愈合时间相似。术后2周,实验侧创口可看到填塞材料已经吸收,对照侧有部分材料残留,伴有炎症细胞浸润和异物巨细胞反应。术后4周,创口内放置的无纺布纤维材料已完全吸收,并有新骨形成,黏膜创口愈合。术后8周,创口处基本被纤维组织和新生骨小棵充满,炎症反应基本消退。结论:明胶超细纤维的组织相容性良好,无刺激性、无致敏性、无毒性,而且可以被组织吸收。明胶超细纤维可用于创面止血,并有促进组织修复的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 PURPOSE: To Observe the influence of t Gelatin on the wound of the skin and mucosa of the rabbits. METHODS: The wound was made on the oral mucosa and skin of the rabbits, which was then roofed with Gelatin. The wound healing process was observed and then the tissues were evaluated under microscope. RESULTS: The wound roofed with Gelatin healed within 12 days. There were no differences under microscope between the wound and normal tissues. CONCLUSION: The Glatin is a good repairing material for wound of the skin and oral mucosa.更多还原
