【摘要】 目的:探讨高频电刀电凝治疗口腔黏膜良性肿瘤及癌前病变的临床疗效。方法:随机选择口腔黏膜良性肿瘤91例,癌前病变27例,共118例;采用奥丹高频电刀电凝治疗病变,观察临床疗效和不良反应,并随访观察。结果:118例患者痊愈8l例,显效29例,总有效率为93.2%,8例复发。结论:高频电刀治疗口腔黏膜良性肿瘤及癌前病变具有肯定的疗效,且操作方便,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical effect of odontosurge electric coagulation on oral benign tumor and precancerous lesions. METHODS: 118 patients with 91 oral benign tumors and 27 precancerous lesions were included. All the patients were treated by odontosurge and the clinical effects and side effects were observed. RESULTS: 81 patients were completely effective and 29 patients were partly effective after the treatment. The effective rate was 93.2%. 8 patients had recurrence. CONCLUSION: Odontosurge was an effective and safe method in clinical treatment of oral benign tumor and precancerous lesions.更多还原
