【摘要】 目的:分析外周血淋巴细胞的免疫功能在复发性口疮(RAU)的发病机制中的作用。方法:对55例RAU患者采用流式细胞仪测定血清细胞免疫6项(总T淋巴细胞T、辅助性淋巴细胞Th、抑制性淋巴细胞Ts、Th/Ts、自然杀伤细胞NK、B淋巴细胞),并与30例健康者对照。结果:对55例RAU患者细胞免疫检测,总T淋巴细胞的t值为-3.80,辅助性淋巴细胞Th的t值为-29.81,P<0.001,有显著性差异。结论:RAU患者存在细胞免疫功能缺陷,临床治疗需提高RAU患者的细胞免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 PURPOSE: To analyze the possible role of the functional peripheral blood lymphocyte in the RAU pathogenesis. METHODS: Specimens of 55 RAU cases, 30 healthy persons were examined. The serum cell immunity including six parameters thymus dependent lymphocyte Tc, helper cell Th, suppressor T cell Ts, Th /Ts , natural killer cell NK, bone marrow dependent lymphocyte Bc was detected. Flow cytometry assay was applied. RESULTS: A significant correlation between RAU and the function of cell immunity in thymus dependent lymphocyte (t=-3.80, P<0.001), helper cell (t=-29.81, P<0.001) were observed. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. CONCLUSION: The function deficiency of cell immunity was associated with the RAU pathogenesis. So it must be enhanced during clinic treatment.更多还原
