【摘要】 口腔局限性皮肤硬化症在临床少见,合并银屑病的病例更为罕见。本文报道了1例以银屑病及开口受限为主症入院的患者,经口腔会诊为口周皮肤硬化导致小口畸形,从而引起重度开口受限,疑似局限性硬皮病。经2个月免疫抑制剂及针灸等辅助治疗,患者症状得到改善。本文结合病例,回顾了近年来国内外相关文献,并对此疾病的临床表现及诊断治疗进行了分析讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Limited sclerosis in the oral cavity and skin is seldom to be reported, and it’ s even rare to see accompanying with psoriasis. This paper reported a patient in our hospital with psoriasis and restricted mouth opening. After examination in dental clinic, it was found that it was the sclerosis of her oralcavity and skin inducing her microstomia and restricted mouth opening. The patient was initionally considered to be a scleroderma case. Her symptom was relieved during 2 months’ treatment with immunosuppressant and acupuncture. The author also reviewed the recent literatures to discuss its clinical features, diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
