【摘要】 目的:观察槟榔提取物对口腔黏膜角朊细胞分泌INF-α的影响,探讨槟榔诱发口腔黏膜下纤维性变的可能机制。方法:通过体外培养口腔黏膜角朊细胞,用不同浓度的槟榔提取物对其进行干预,放射免疫方法检测不同干预时段培养上清中的TNF-α浓度。结果:槟榔提取物干预角朊细胞12h后,TNF-α的量开始增加;并以剂量依赖关系增加角朊细胞产生TNF-α的量。结论:槟榔提取物可能通过促进角朊细胞合成TNF-α诱发口腔黏膜下纤维性变。更多还原

【Abstract】 PURPOSE: To explore the pathogenesis of oral submucous fibrosis(OSF) by observing the effect of aqueous areca nut extract(AANE) on the level of tumor necrosis factor a(TNF-α) produced by oral keratmocytes. METHODS: Human oral mucosa keratinocytes were isolated ,cultured, stimulated with AANE. The supernatant was aspirated and the level of TNF-αwas detected using radioimmunoassay. RESULTS: The concentration of TNF-α increased after keratinocytes were stimulated by AANE for 12 hours or longer time. AANE can increase the concentration of TNF-α secreted by keratinocytes in dose-dependent relationship. CONCLUSIONS: Areca nut may induce OSF by increasing the level of TNF-α produced by keratinocytes更多还原
