【摘要】 目的:研究c—myc蛋白和hTERT蛋白在口腔黏膜白斑(OLK)和鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)中的表达及其表达与两者发生发展的关系。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测48例OLK、41例OSCC和10例正常口腔黏膜组织中c-myc蛋白和hTERT蛋白的表达,并进行统计学分析。结果:在正常口腔黏膜组、单纯增生性白斑组、异常增生性白斑组和OSCC组,c-myc蛋白表达的阳性率分别为0%(0/10)、21.43%(3/14)、52.94%(18/34)和75.61%(31/41),组间差异有显著性(P<0.05);在正常口腔黏膜组、单纯增生性白斑组、异常增生性白斑组和OSCC组,hTERT蛋白表达的阳性率分别为0%(0/10)、7.14%(1/14)、32.36%(11/34)和58.54%(24/41),组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:c-myc蛋白、hTERT蛋白的表达与细胞增殖及肿瘤的发生密切相关,可能是检测OLK恶变潜能的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 PURPOSE: To investigate the expressions of c-myc and hTERT and their relation to the development of OLK and OSCC. METHODS: Immunohistochemical staining was used to detected the expression of c-myc and hTERT protein in 48 cases of OLK, 41 cases of OSCC and 10 cases of normal oral mucosa organizations. All data were analyzed statistically. RESULTS: The expression rates of c-myc protein in normal control group, simple hyperplasia OLK, dysplasia OLK and OSCC were 0%(0/10), 21.43%(3/14), 52.94%(18/34) and 75.61% (31/41) , respectively, (P<0.05); the expression rates of hTERT protein in normal control group, simple hyperplasia OLK, dysplasia OLK and OSCC were 0%(0/10), 7.14%(1/14), 32.36%(11/34) and 58.54% (24/41), respectively, (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The expressions of c-myc protein, hTERT protein may be closely related to cell proliferation, differentiation and carcinogenesis. They may be useful index for evaluating the malignant potential of OLK.更多还原
