导入高粱DNA选育高产抗逆春小麦新品系研究

【摘要】 经过我们15年的悉心研究,通过花粉管通道法将高粱DNA导入小麦,结果来自高粱的外源基因不但整合到小麦染色体,而且得到了表达。通过选育,我们得到了高产、抗逆强的春小麦新品系89122,其淀粉含量较受体提高了4.04%,光合效率提高了2.64%,耐盐碱性明显增强,省区试表明其产量较对照高原602 提高2.21%。截至2001年我们已经完成了试验程序,现在我们正在进行示范种植。

【Abstract】 After 15 years studied, it is indicating that the gene from sorghum not only integrated into wheat but also expressed by introduced exotic DNA from sorghum (6A/115) into normal wheat through the pollen tube pathway. We have obtained a new spring wheat line 89122 with high yield and stress resistance, the starch contents is higher than receptor by 4.04%, the photosynthesis efficiency enhanced 2.64%, the saline tolerance capacity is improved conspicuous and the yield is higher than the control Gao Yuan 602 by 2.21% according to the province test. We have completed the test on spring wheat line 89122 by 2001. Now, we introduced it to producing test and paradigm.
