【Abstract】 Objective To study one new method for mice genetic monitoring. Method 20 pairs of primers were used to amplify DNA in 12 strains of mice (BALB/C,C57BL/6,DBA, C57 BL/9, C57 BL/10,TAl ,TA2,T739, M615,SCID, NIH and KM) . Results The amplified band patterns were obviously different in the 19 pairs of primers. Conclusion The results indicated that different strains of mice can be easily distinguished by STR method.更多还原
