蒙特卡罗法模拟组合叠层式中子固体径迹探测器的探测效率
Simulation of Fast Neutron Detection Efficiency of a Multi-Layer SSNTD Complex with Monte Carlo Method

【摘要】 本文利用蒙特卡罗方法编制了计算固体径迹探测器探测效率的SSTND软件,从理论上分析了该组合叠层式探测器对快中子能谱的探测原理,计算了其探测效率,讨论了其应用范围。
【Abstract】 A FORTRAN code for simulation of SSNTD detection efficiency was designed with Monte Carlo method in this work. The detection principle of a multi-layer detector was explored theoretically. The detection efficiency was calculated with the code, and application limits of this detector were discussed.
