【摘要】 从油菜的根际土壤中分离得到一种细菌,在LB,PDA平板对峙试验中对油菜菌核病菌产生明显的抑制作用。将该细菌进行油菜菌核病菌的油菜离体叶片的接种试验、温室盆栽试验以及田间小区的接种试验,结果表明该细菌对油菜菌核病菌具有有效的抑制作用,涂抹该细菌的叶片产生的病斑显著小于对照叶片产生的病斑,田间小区试验中,能有效抑制油菜菌核病菌,生防效果达到92%。经对此细菌进行鉴定,该细菌是一种枯草芽孢杆菌。更多还原

【Abstract】 A bacterium isolated from rapeseed rhizosphere was found to be effective in suppression Sclerotinia sclerotiorum on LB and PDA agar plates. Inoculation tests were conducted on detached leaves, rapeseed seedlings in pot in greenhouse, rapeseed seedlings in the field plot. The results showed that the bacterial strain was a strong antagonist of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. The lesion diameter of the bacteria-treated leaves was significant- ly smaller than that on leaves treated with water alone. The suppression efficacy was 92% compared to the water control treatment in the filed plot test. The bacterium was identified as a Bacillus subtilis.更多还原
