高渗胁迫下酵母增加胞内甘油积累的方式

【摘要】 当酵母菌所处环境渗透压上升的时候,酵母细胞可以通过增加胞内甘油的积累来减小细胞膜内外的渗透差以实现对高渗胁迫的适应。本文论述了酵母菌如何调控并利用合成代谢途径增加甘油合成、降低甘油通过细胞膜的速度、调控甘油的分解代谢过程和从环境中摄取甘油等4种方式来提高胞内甘油的积累。

【Abstract】 When the osmotic pressure of the environment that yeast lives enhanced, yeast would enhance intracellular accumulation of glycerol to decrease the margin between intracellular and environmental, which would help yeast adapts hyper-osmotic stress. Yeast would accumulate intracellular glycerol by four methods, which include increasing the glycerol production rate, decreasing transmembrane flux of glycerol to avoid synthesized glycerol diffuse to environment, adjusting glycerol degradative rate and uptaking glycerol from environment. This article will discuss how does yeast adjust and use the four methods to enhance intracellular accumulation of glycerol.
