对虾白斑综合征病毒对澳洲龙虾的人工感染实验

【摘要】 对虾白斑综合征病毒(White Spot Syndrome Virus,WSSV)是近年来对虾的一个主要病原体,其毒力强,宿主范围广泛。本文用对虾白斑综合征病毒人工感染澳洲龙虾(Cherax quadricarinatus),采用了注射和投食2种感染方法,感染组龙虾4~6d内全部死亡。感染后,用PCR方法检测澳洲龙虾的血淋巴组织和鳃组织,感染组均呈阳性,对照组为阴性;病毒核酸原位杂交检测发现感染组澳洲龙虾的鳃组织中明显有病毒粒子存在。结果表明:对虾白斑综合征病毒可感染澳洲龙虾,注射病毒和投食带毒饲料均可有效感染龙虾。

【Abstract】 White spot syndrome virus(WSSV) is a fatal agent of cultured shrimp. It has a wide host range and caused high mortality to animals. In this study, red claw crayfish Cherax quadricarinatus was experimentally infected with White spot syndrome virus by injection and oral feeding. All the infected crayfish died within 4~6 days. The detection of the gills and haemolymph by PCR indicated that the WSSV challenged crayfish were all infected by WSSV. In situ hybridization with specific WSSV probes confirmed that the gills of diseased crayfish were positively infected by WSSV and the red claw crayfish were susceptible to WSSV, through both of the injection and oral feeding methods.
