某导弹引信老炼测试系统的研制
Development of the Aging System of a Missile Fuze

【摘要】 基于对无线电引信长期储存可靠性变化规律的研究,本文介绍了某导弹引信自动加电老炼测试系统的实现。系统硬件采用了CPLD技术、浮地测量、RS-422通信等技术,和基于LabWindows/CVI环境开发的系统软件配合工作,实现了对某导弹引信的自动加电老炼测试。实际运行表明,该系统具有自动化程度高,工作可靠,实验成本低,易扩展和测试效率高等优点。
【Abstract】 Based on study on the changing principle of the reliability of wireless fuze during storage, the implement of an automatic power-on aging system of a missile fuze is introduced in this paper. The hardware of the system takes advantages of the techniques of CPLD, isolation measurement, and RS-422 communication, which cooperates with the system software developed on LabWindows/CVI platform and realizes the automatic power-on aging test of the missile fuze. Actual running of the system shows that it is highly automatic with low test cost and is easy to expand.
