基于LabVIEW的OCD噪声测试系统设计与实现

【摘要】 介绍了利用LabVIEW开发的一套高性价比的噪声测试系统,能够对采集来的器件噪声信号进行互谱计算,自动完成对光电耦合器(Optoelectronic Coupled Device,OCD)的可靠性筛选,同时以spreadsheet和txt的格式保存测试数据,形成数据库。该系统已成功地应用于航天用光电耦合器的可靠性筛选。
【Abstract】 The paperintroduced a noise measurement system on the basis of LabVIEW which had high ratio of performance to price. It was used to gather the noise signals,for calculating its cross power spectrum, selecting the Optoelectronic Coupled Device (OCD) automatically, storing the testing data and forming the database. This system has been applied to dependability selection of astronautic OCD already.
