新型PIN阵列探测器的灵敏度实验测量

【摘要】 φ80mm×800μmPIN阵列探测器是国内近年新研制的一种新型半导体探测器。本工作在强钴源放射性源场中测量了供电电压对阵列探测器灵敏度的影响,构成阵列的探测器数量对灵敏度的影响。实验测量结果表明:当探测系统的供电电压在600V至1000V之间时,该阵列探测器的灵敏度波动变化较小:构成探测器阵列的单一PIN探测器数量越多,该阵列探测器的灵敏度越大。该探测器阵列灵敏度大于1×10-14C·cm2。
【Abstract】 The φ80mm×800μm PIN array detector is a new kind of semiconductor detector which is developed by China, the influence have been measured which power supply and detector number of forming array detector to PIN array detector sensitivity in cobalt radioactivity resource field. Experiment results show that PIN array detector sensitivity undulation variety is less when the power supply is between 600V and 1000V, the more of single PIN detector number is, the larger of PIN array detector sensitivity is, the array detector sensitivity is more than 1×10- 14C·cm2.
