磁性材料在长输管道内检测装置中的应用

【摘要】 介绍了长输管道漏磁法无损检测系统的原理和结构,讨论了漏磁检测装置中的漏磁探测器、定位里程轮中永磁体选材与磁化、磁轭选材、磁路设计及超低频收发装置中天线线圈磁芯材料的选用等问题。

【Abstract】 the paper introduces the principle and the structure of detecting device by the methods of leaking magnetism detecting in the pipeline, and discusses some problems, such as, leaking-magnetism detector, the permanent magnet’s selecting and magnetization in the orientating wheels, the selecting of magnetic yoke, the magnetic circuit’s designing, the selecting of magnetic core in the antenna of Ultra-Low Frequency’s incepting and transmitting device.
