【Abstract】 The unsuitable technological action and management fault often lead to the technological disaster in the course of production of mankind. The technological disaster is characterized by concealment and shock to the social steadiness. During the process of industrialization of China, the major policies to reduce and prevent technological disasters are to develop cycle economy, distinguish between the safe production accident and technological disaster and make decisions with engineering projects to distort ecosystem according to the democratic and scientific decision-making programs strictly.更多还原
