锂电池正极材料Ni3S2的球磨制备与电化学特性

【摘要】 本文采用镍粉与硫粉直接快速球磨的方法直接制备了Ni3S2样品并对其进行了x射线衍射与扫描电镜分析。恒电流充放电结果表明该材料作为锂电池正极具有1.4伏的稳定放电平台和454mAh/g的初次放电容量,其循环伏安特征曲线表明Ni3S2与锂离子可逆反应生成Li2S与金属镍时可能需经历3个步骤。
【Abstract】 owder mixtures of metallic nickel and sulfur have been milled in a high-energy planetary ball mill and the formation of Ni3S2 has studied by x-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The initial discharge capacity of the Ni3S2 positive electrode was 440mAh/g at 1.4V vs. Li/Li+. The cyclic voltammetry curves for the Li/ Ni3S2 cell implied that it is a three-step process when the Ni3S2 transform to Li2S and nickel.
