PEO/LiClO4/TiO2复合聚合物电解质的制备及电化学性能研究

【摘要】 以PEO/LiClO4体系为基体,通过钛酸丁酯的水解缩合反应在基体中原位生成TiO2,制备出PEO/LiClO4/TiO2复合聚合物电解质,采用交流阻抗法和线性伏安扫描法分别研究了复合电解质的离子导电性能和电化学稳定性能。并以LiMnO2为正极、金属Li片为负极、PEO/LiClO4/TiO2膜为电解质组装成电池,测定了其充放电性能。结果表明加入TiO2后复合电解质电导率明显提高,PEO/LiClO4和PEO/LiClO4/TiO2体系的电化学稳定窗口均在4.5V以上,80℃下电池的充放电平台分别为3.8V和2.7V。
【Abstract】 A composite polymer electrolyte of PEO/LiClO4/TiO2 was prepared. TiO2 was synthesized in situ in PEO/LiClO4 matrix by the reaction of Ti(OC4H9)4. The ionic conductivity properties and electrochemical stability of composite polymer electrolyte was studied by AC impedance spectroscopy and linear sweep voltammetry. The performance of batteries consisted of LiMnO2 cathode, Li anode and PEO/LiClO4/TiO2 composite polymer electrolyte were studied. It showed that the conductivity was improved obviously compared with the polymer electrolyte without TiO2 filler. The electrochemical stability window of PEO/LiClO4 and PEO/LiClO4/TiO2 were above 4.5V. The stage of charge-discharge was respectively 3.8V and 2.7V.
