CBF3和Cor15A基因导入黄瓜

【摘要】 本文从拟南芥中克隆了冷(旱)诱导基因RD29A启动子、冷(旱)应答转录活化因子基因CBF3和抗寒基因Cor15A。基因瞬间表达研究结果显示,克隆的RD29A启动子片段在黄瓜中具有低温诱导活性。通过农杆菌介导,将35S:CBF3基因和RD29A:CBF3与RD29A:Cor15A双基因导入到黄瓜基因组。
【Abstract】 Cold-inducible promoter RD29A, cold-responsive transcriptional activating factor gene CBF3 and cold-resistant gene CorlSA were cloned from Arabidopsis thaliana. Gene transient expression showed the RD29A promoter was also cold inducible in cucumber. 35S: CBF3 gene and RD29A: CBF3/RD29A : Cor15A double genes were introduced into cucumber genome separately via Agrobacterium tumefaciens mediated.
