不同低温处理对晚熟桃枝、叶、果电导率的影响
Effects on Electrical Conductivity of Shoots, Leaves and Young Fruits of Late-maturing Peach under Low Temperature Treatment

【摘要】 本试验研究了8个晚熟桃品种的新梢、叶片、幼果在不同低温处理下电导率指标的变化规律。结果表明:生长期新梢、叶片、幼果的电导率随处理温度的下降而上升,并呈S型曲线变化趋势。品种间电导率的显著差异主要表现在某一阶段,其中新梢在-5~-9℃,叶片在-4~-6℃,幼果在0~-4℃,预测抗寒性时用此温度处理试材比较合适。各品种抗寒力顺序为久保35号桃>艳红桃>京玉桃>丰白桃>久保45号桃>金世纪桃>21世纪桃>晚世纪桃。新梢、叶片、幼果的半致死温度分别为-6℃、-4℃、-3℃,抗寒力顺序为新梢>叶片>幼果。适宜取样时期新梢在5月上旬至6月上旬,叶片在5月下旬。
【Abstract】 The change law of electrical conductivity index at different degree of cold temperature treatment was researched with the growing shoots, leaves and young fruits of eight late-maturing peach varieties in the experiment. The results showed that electrical conductivity of shoots, leaves and young fruits in growing period added when the treatment temperature was dropped, and there was the change tendency of S form curve. Electrical conductivity of varieties showed significant difference in some stage. It was in - 5℃--9℃ forshoots, - 4℃--6℃ for leaves, 0℃--4℃ for young fruits. It was fit to measure the coldresistance of these organs in their temperature ranges. The cold resistance of eight late-maturing peach varieties followed the sequence of Okubo35 > Yanhong > Jingyu > Fengbai> Okubo45>Jinshiji>21shji>Wanshiji. Lethal dose-50 temperature of shoots, leaves and young fruits were - 6℃, - 4℃ and -3℃ respectively. The order of the cold resistance was shoots>leaves>young fruits. The suitable taking-sample period was from early May to early Tune for shoots, in late May for leaves.
