果树基因工程研究进展

【摘要】 综述了近年来果树基因工程中目的基因分离、克隆及遗传转化的方法、原理和研究进展,对存在的问题进行了总结,并指出了今后发展的对策。

【Abstract】 Advances in gene-engineering in fruit trees are viewed from following aspects : isolation and cloning of genes , genetic transform system. The problem and probable development in future are also prospected.
